LGB Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 So this is the position of need? More than ILB, OLB, QB, OT? "We can never have enough CBs" - Dick Jauron At least Andre Reed was cool...
fridge Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Whitner, Scott, etc couldn't cover tight ends. No more easy touchdowns for Brady.
Mr. ChumChums Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Believe it or not, it was a position of need. McGee is getting older, McKelvin hasn't really lived up to his 1st round billing, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Florence leaving? Aaron Williams had a first round grade, and plays in a position of need. Not a bad pick imo - just not what all of you guys were expecting.
cantankerous Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 They're saying immediate starter...i'm ok with it.
bearc012 Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Where did Aaron Williams have a first round grade? Not trying to be a smartass, just everything I've seen has him as a second day pick that projects to the nickel in the NFL. That's fine and good if you want to get serious about covering TEs, but I have a hard time convincing myself that Rudolph, Wilson, Ayers, etc. wouldn't have done more to immediately improve the team.
Spiderweb Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Someone please check on on Bill.... I would have gone QB, or Bowers....yet his knee must be bad or he'd never have gotten by the first three picks of the draft
brenty Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 stop making posts that are dumb jokes, we already have a post about 2nd round pick, stop flooding it with dumb humor that was already in other posts

If this was a position of need, then they better let McKelvin in so he can train...and Nix does not think the Bills have as many needs as most think?!? McGee is 30 (must be over the hill)? lol, better let Byrd, Corner, McGee, Scott and Wilson in so they can train also.
The Cincinnati Kis Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 I am good with it. I didn't expect it, but that doesn't make it a bad pick. I think he'll be a solid guy for us that gives us options in the secondary.
DukeyBomb Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) you are an idiot if you think defensive back was not a need. stop crying. Edited April 29, 2011 by DukeyBomb
st. pete gogolak Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 I HATE THIS TEAM SO MUCH!!!!! If CB was a "position of need", every single GD position on this team is a "position of need". How about Ayers? How about Rudolph? Both immediate starters. How about an ILB? Moronic, moronic pick. The beat goes on and on and on.
