Peace Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) Watching last night, I got to wondering, "When was the latest spot that the first white guy got picked in the NFL draft?" I'm not member of KRC's research gang but it appears that when the St. Louis Rams selected Adam Carriker in 2007 with pick 13, that is the latest that a white guy was ever selected in the NFL draft. You can only find this story here baby. Edited April 29, 2011 by Peace
Saint Doug Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Hey, I thought we were all racists for not falling in love with Cam? Don't try to twist the story the other way.
High Mark Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) Outside of the QBs JJ Watt was the first white player selected at 11, and he was only the 2nd white player off the board at that time. Just another example as to why we need a "Rooney" rule for white players. Teams should be forced to draft at least 3 white players in every draft(or 3/7ths of however many picks they have). We all know white players are just as good as football players as black players, they are just fighting a stereotype and need more opportunities Edited April 29, 2011 by Thoner7
