San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 What could the Bills have done in the last two years to make a stronger connection with Toronto/CFL fans? 1) Hire Doug Flutie as a team ambassador. 2) Outbid everyone (including the Dolphins) for Cameron Wake. 3) Sign this year's version of Cameron Wake, Phillip Hunt (signed by the Eagles). 4) Hire Marc Trestman as Head Coach instead of Chan Gailey. Trestman is a West Coast Offense guru who was a longtime QB coach and OC in the NFL. He's led the CFL's Montreal Alouettes to 3 straight Grey Cup appearances, winning the last two.
