The Poojer Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Working in the amazon environment I find this very interesting. We use the amazon repricer to get to the lowest price (ie the buy box). Rather than doing an across the board % off the entire catalog, we set the ceiling % off rate, but use the repricer to go just low enough to get the buy box, thereby increasing potential sales and saving margin dollars by not cutting the price any lower than is necessary. This however went in the wrong direction...big time. Whoops
