billnutinphoenix Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 I like LB Miller in round 1 and TE Kyle Rudolph in round 2.....
Boom Jam Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Rd 1) - I think you nailed it. If Dareus and Miller go 1-2, a trade down to get Costanzo or Jordan would be sick. Rd 2) - My preferences are Rudolph and Gilbert but not necessarily in that order. Rd 3) - Stocker all the way if 1) they think he'll be there, 2) Rudolph isn't the pick in Rd 2. Rd 4,5,6,7) - No real preferences, just grab quality prospects like they did last year. It's going to be a blast to watch. Excellent work you do all year long. Keep it up bro.
boyst Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Thanks for your input Astro, I know much of it goes unresponded to but I think it never goes unnoticed.
Tortured Soul Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Doesn't the value of a trade down depend on the trade-down offer?
outsidethebox Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 I agree with Jboy. Thanks alot Astro. I enjoy reading your draft posts, but seldom reply. I admit to knowing half of what you know about the draft. I just enjoy reading your thoughts and comments, Keep up the great job! And thanks a bunch!

RD1--I almost dropped Peterson below "trade", but I'm convinced he's the real deal. RD2--Gilbert is going to be a good tackle in the league, but Rudolph and a healthy Nelson plus Scott Chandler at TE would be competitive.
808 Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 mark herzlich in the 4th would be a steal. ive been preaching id love to have him on the bills team for the past couple of months. great story and AMAZINGLY GREAT VALUE! was a top 15 pick and now get him in the 4th. id be so stoked
Captain Hindsight Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Greg McElroy QB In the 4th? I figured he was more of a 7th rounder prospect
qdawg in philly Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Good looking out Astro! I really wanna grab Blaine from the Mines in round #7.
1B4IDie Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Where would you put Beal OLB Oklahoma? Do you expect him to be gone before the 3rd round pick? Would you put him Top of the list at round 3?
NewEra Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Nice board. But Costanzo? Ugh, not a fan. Maybe if we picked in the late teen, but I'd cry if we took him at 3

Maybe if we picked in the late teen, but I'd cry if we took him at 3 I didn't want to nit-pick the list but I agree. I'd put Costanzo at 7(17) on that list. I'd much prefer a RT with #34 than A developmental LT at #3. I think Costanzo needs a lot of work before he can be trusted to start at LT.
billsfan89 Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Don't need a qb in the first 3 rounds ponder would be a big mistake in my opinion
