Pilsner
Too tit bit nipply to help a child in need. That's a sorry excuse for not going after the little one. Perhaps there is info we are missing though. Edited April 23, 2011 by Pilsner

Chef Jim
Ah how things have changed. When I was a child being told to go play in the street was considered good parenting.
BuffaloBill
Ah how things have changed. When I was a child being told to go play in the street was considered good parenting. Sadly though your parents seemed to have been unsuccessful. This is in spite of the fact that you grew up just off the 190.
Chef Jim
Sadly though your parents seemed to have been unsuccessful. This is in spite of the fact that you grew up just off the 190. That's how we as kids learned not to do stupid ****. All it took was one of the local kids to be run over by a truck for us to learn it's not safe to play in the streets. It was a hard way to learn a lesson but it worked. Now for a true story. My mother's brother (who I was named after) was killed playing in the local gravel pit. There was an avalanche of some sort and he was buried and suffocated. I think he was only 8. I remember in the summers telling my mom: "We're going to play in the gravel pit!" (the same gravel pit by the way) "Ok, be careful." Yes, things have changed.
