Capt. OTM Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 I was just looking around and caught this, so it might be a busy night here besides Sabres talk. It's tomorrow, Tuesday.
Scrappy Posted April 18, 2011 Author Posted April 18, 2011 Crap I'm sorry I posted this. I haven't seen this message before, I'll try to fix the title.
billsfaninvgs Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 Thanks for the correction..... Who does everyone think the opener will be.... I think in SD.
CosmicBills Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 I can already tell you what will be on it: NOTHING. No games in '11.
BillnutinHouston Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Now the question is, do I book nonrefundable airline tix for the home opener, or not?
Talley56 Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Safe bet as to who will be playing the first Sunday night game: NFL schedule preview: Will Giants-Jets mark NFL's Sept. 11 tribute? Those are two of our 2011 opponents whom we won't be playing in week one if this comes true.
aussiew Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Nice..... I hope it's true...... I need to start planning my trips.... Me too!
ExWNYer Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Every other year I'd be excited. This year I couldn't care less.
bisonbrigade Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 (edited) I bet Bills open at home against the Patriots. Just a hunch. Remember they will be sporting some new threads, last time they changed them they spanked the Pat's 31-0. Edited April 19, 2011 by bisonbrigade
Cereal Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 I have been told secondhand that Washington @ Buffalo will be on Dec. 11.
CowgirlsFan Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 I was just looking around and caught this, so it might be a busy night here tomorrow. Edit for stupidity: I originally wrote tonight at 7:00 it's tomorrow. Title / statement fixed, sorry . Is this 7:00 Buffalo time? Me too! I'll second that.
papazoid Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Greg Brady from SportsNet Radio in Toronto is reporting that the Buffalo Bills will play the Philadelphia Eagles either November 13th or 20th in Toronto. There is a possibility that the Bills could play on Thanksgiving this year as the Dallas Cowboys game is schedule to be carried by CBS this year, which means the opponent must be either Buffalo or Miami. http://wgr550.com/NFL-Schedule-to-be-Released-today--Bills-to-play-E/9647620
BuffaloWings Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 I can already tell you what will be on it: NOTHING. No games in '11. I still think it's funny they're doing this - I know there are logistics that need to be taken care of with the assumption that the season is still on, but this is almost like setting the wedding date when you already have cold feet.

Egg-xactly. I hope to be wrong of course, I don't want to lose a single game this season. But I don't have high hopes. And I'm normally a pretty optimistic guy!

I also edited the title to try & not clutter the board with multiple schedule threads, if everyone so chooses.
billsfaninvgs Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 (edited) I hope they get the Thanksgiving game.... That would be awesome Edited April 19, 2011 by billsfaninvgs
