Just Jack Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Verizon Phases Out 'Can You Hear Me Now?' Guy His contract obligated him to appear in 20-40 spots a year commercials -- in addition to numerous live events (including appearing in front of 85,000 football fans during the halftime show of the Buffalo Bills' 2002 season opener). First, they got the attendance wrong, it was about 72,000. But I don't remember this haftime show, does anyone? I may have blocked it from my memory since that was the Bills/Jets home opener that they lost in OT.
