DrDawkinstein Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 It had very little to do with the discussion because I was using it as a social commentary as to how these iphones and ipads have reduced the interation between people. And I'm talking face to face interaction. I've heard stories of kids in a group texting to another group of kids that are right next to them. If you don't think this is going to have implications down the road you've got your head in the sand. Technical advances are not always 100% positive. Please name me one thing that was ever "100% positive"... Im not ignoring your points, I just think they dont weigh nearly as much as the good that can come.
