Astrobot Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 A: where did all those picks come from? Sigh... I've been running a mock draft game for a week, where I used DraftTek's Simulator to provide the subsequent picks up to our next choice. Then TBD voted from a list of the next 8-10 players. No Problem Astro; here is my mock with some UDFAs 1. Blaine Gabbert QB 6'4" 234 2. Brooks Reed OLB 6'3" 265 3. John Moffit OG 6'4" 320 (really think he can play RT) 4. Luke Stocker TE 6'5" 260 4. Winterswyk and Ziemba were drafted, as well as Weslye Saunders and Linnenkohl. Very good list.

Astrobot Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 Preston Dial - TE- Alabama That one made me go "WTF?" and I had to go back and re-run the sim, but you're right--he wasn't drafted. That'd be a steal.

boyst Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Shirely, we will have a rookie WRF on this roster in 2011. I just do not know where we'll get him from...

Astrobot Posted April 10, 2011 Author Posted April 10, 2011 (edited) Shirely, we will have a rookie WRF on this roster in 2011. I just do not know where we'll get him from... I think Round 7 or UDFA. Here are some possibilities: Aldrick Robinson WRS SMU - slot receiver I liked in Armed Forces Bowl Cecil Shorts WRF Mount Union (Pierre Garcon's Div III school--Shorts is also a kick returner) WRS Oregon - my favorite in the late rounds, will be great - click link to watch highlight videoArmon Binns WRF Cincinnati-6'3", 209 has speed and willingness to learn WRF Iowa --- Great player but arrested on 5+ counts of drug possession Edited April 10, 2011 by Astrobot
Buffalo Barbarian Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Mason Brodine? 6'7" DE He better gain 50 Lbs if wants to play end for us and 25 for 43 teams, maybe he can play TE, never seen him run but seems a bit gangley for OLB.
Thoner7 Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Where does Kerrigan go Astro? Any chance for him at 34?
