scribo
I'd preffer the Fish get him rather than the Pat's D-coordinator.
Foxboro Mike
Saban's a Belichick guy (was his D-coordinator with the Browns). I'm not sure any coach that will have his chance at a few different jobs would want to take over the Mess In Miami.
R. Rich
Maybe he'd consider the Saints head coaching position, ASSuming they fire Haslett at the end of the season.

Look at Bill Parcells. Every situation he walked into, the teams were in terrible shape and he really could go nowhere but up. Some coaches love that challenge. nodnarb
Nick Saban would turn that team around quickly. Nick and Belichick are very close friends. They'd probably be in cahoots in every pats/fins vs Bills matchup. As if Belichick needs any help... Why must the Bills' division be the hardest division in the league? Why O why? Can't we move to the AFC Central and join the likes of the Bengals, Ravens and Browns? Come on...

My thinking was that after the last few prominent college guys who went pro (Spurrier, Davis, Erickson) failing miserably, that a guy like Saban would want to get into a position where he could succeed more quickly than Miami probably offers. But then again, if Huizenga's $$ are right, it won't matter. Saban does have coordinator experience as a pro coach.
