Also, exercise is good. You don't have to run a marathon. Just go on a treadmill or something at that nature for a pace that YOU are comfortable with.

KurtGodel77 Posted December 15, 2004 Posted December 15, 2004 Find a wooded area with a path that needs to be cleared (through thorn bushes and other undergrowth). Then clear it, using clippers, a shovel, or the tool of your choice. That should help.
