What? Of course that's true. A weapon allowed to walk was the weapon found at the scene and verified to be the weapon to have used to kill him. Wtf?

Its sale was facilitated by the government, who (as I understand it) looked on as straw buyers for the cartels went thru a dealer who was authorized/instructed by the govt to sell these specific guns to these purchasers.
