Oh, It's on...

trade the pick for tim tebow. a report just hit stating tim tebow is "not the quarterback for john elway". anyone who is not on board with tebow, check out the doucmentaries about him.

If John Elway, a SUPERBOWL WINNING QB doesn't want him, then why they #*$@ would I?

If Elway doesn't want Tebow, what makes you think he is going to be a NFL QB ? If Elway was talking about a DB or DE, I question his judgement but he has enough of a QB background to give at least decent advice.

elway isn't as sharp as you'd believe. google "john elway business failures". history shows that most former player make horrible GM's in sports, not always, but usually.

tim tebow: the anti-cam.

First off the Bills could have had Tebow at #9 last year and didn't take him. Why would they take him with the #3 this year?

Secondly, if Elway does not want Tebow he would be willing to take a hell of a lot less than a number 3 for him. Even if the Bills now decided they wanted Tebow they would have to be insane to propose the trade you want. A second rounder at most for Tebow.

Lastly, thank God you are not the Bills GM. You just made Buddy Nix look like a genius.

tebow was not bad when he played last year, in fact he had some real nice highlights. his value hasn't dropped from the pick that denver spent on him. if anything, his value has increased. what makes you think that denver would take anything besides a first? give them 3. tebow comes to buffalo with denver's 2nd rounder.

you know it can be done behind the scenes. before the draft buddy offers the third pick to elway/brian xanders for tebow and their 2nd round pick. buddy asks them which player the broncos would like at 3 and buddy drafts the rights to that player. elway/xanders ask buddy which player he wants with the broncos 2nd rounder. the trade is officially executed after the lockout of the players ends.

GMs have been warned not to do this. The setup would come to light once it was executed.

rules are meant to be broken. how many of you break the law on a daily basis? usually it doesn't matter as long as nobody finds out (and nobody gets hurt).

No offense, but we are all a little bit dumber from reading the stupidity in the notion of giving away our 3rd pick in the draft for Tebow. Tebow isnt even the best QB on the Den roster, let alone worth our #3 pick in the draft.

Here is the funniest part, if Tebow was in this years draft, he once again would not be the first QB taken, probably not even one of the first 3.

Good luck with that one

In my ideal world we would have traded back, gotten a very good defensive end or tackle in round one, a goo offensive tackle and outside linebacker (or tight end luke stocker of tennessee with our second round two) and a defensive end or tackle in round three.

So a Super Bowl winning QB is automatically qualified to be a GM or head scout? We better fire Nix and sign Trent Dilfer or Doug Williams to be our next GM.
