Rob's House Posted March 21, 2011 Author Posted March 21, 2011 So are you arguing that Obama plays too much golf, which interferes with his leading the country...or that he doesn't play enough, which interferes with his !@#$ing up the country? Both. If Clinton can do it so can I. And it's not just !@#$ing golf!!! So all of a sudden a player tweeting means he's hitting up the clubs every night and not studying the playbook? Thats just as moronic as saying that the president golfing or going on vacation means he's not keeping up with world affairs or paying attention to the country, etc. Have you read any of my previous posts or are you just responding to the title of the thread? I clearly stated multiple times that the criticism is much broader than the time (*^*&%^$^#spends on the golf course. If Rob was up on things he'd realize that Obama only plays golf courses that are Aligned in such away that the player always faces Mecca, What very few people understand is that the Knights Templar brought golf to Scotland along with Scottish Rite Free Masonry from the Holy Land. Golf is symbolic of a Muslim practice of Shai-reereeree. After a Massacre of Christians they'd dig two pits a suitable distance away from their living center, one pit was for the headless bodies which were dragged or carted, the other pit was for the heads which in the practice of Shai-reereeree children wacked with sticks until the heads fall into the pit. The 18 holes symbolize 18 great massacres celebrated by the Knights Templar because they were making dead kings and keeping score no matter who was getting Massacred. btw this is the reason Golf courses have sand traps no matter where on earth they are located. Got to give credit where it's due ...bob.

That's good work. Completely wrong...golf is originally Kenyan, not Islamic. But good work nonetheless.

That's about on par with your real estate and mortgage industry knowledge.

I think you are confused, Field hockey originated in Kenya where they'd run 30 miles batting a goats head between them- little known fact, the goat heads came from Kyrgyz Turks who had a surplus after their Buzkashi tournaments.
Adam Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/262438/president-takes-bogey-jonah-goldberg?page=1 Another great bit by Jonah. Doesn't bother me that he played golf, nor does it bother me that President Bush did. You need to do some recreational activities or the job will be too overwhelming. I am sure other presidents were similar, but the stupid 24-hour media cycles didn't report on every single move. There are enough things to complain about, with each and every president in history. This isn't one of them.

Taro T Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 I now know how it feels to be Dr. Evil. But would you feel better about Obama's golfing if he wore a friggin' laser on his head?

Does this mean the savages have given up painting Obama as a communist/socialist/fascist/anarchist/anti-imperialist Kenyan with a colonial mentality? This is a serious step down from that!

This is a serious step down from that! Well if he isn't all of that and a Friggen Liberal Jerk-Wad too boot, then why won't he produce his real birth certificate?
DC Tom Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Well if he isn't all of that and a Friggen Liberal Jerk-Wad too boot, then why won't he produce his real birth certificate? This is just beautiful...Dave_in_Norfolk, JtSP, George, Dexter...all we need now is WisconsinBillsFan, KurtGoebbels, and Holcomb's Arm, and we're all set for a retard cage match. My money's on George. The others are pussies...but George seems genuinely angry.

There are enough things to complain about, with each and every president in history. This isn't one of them. I completely agree with this. I hated it when people did it to Bush and I hate when people to do it Obama. But here's the thing I also understand; golf makes for bad optics as a recreational activity for a president. I spent years playing client golf, and the perception amongst my staff was always "Oh, gee, must be nice. We're all busting our humps and you're out in the sun smoking Cohibas and driving around in little go-carts." Forget the fact that I could close virtually any deal on a golf course. That mattered little to the staff. And it was like this whereever I worked, by whomever was golfing. Playing some pick-up basketball makes for a much better optic, but I also know that people would B word about that as well. I'm just sayin'...few things evoke groans of "Must be nice" like watching someone golf.

You left out pBills and if you haven't figured out "George" is really a liberal pulling the same game as Dexter (albeit a better game) then I am somewhat disappointed in you.
DC Tom Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 I think we're all missing the important question in all this: what's his handicap? Because if it's anything more than 15 or so, he's really wasting his time playing so much golf. You left out pBills and if you haven't figured out "George" is really a liberal pulling the same game as Dexter (albeit a better game) then I am somewhat disappointed in you. I didn't forget him; he never "left', so he can't return.

It would be nice if someone provided a cross reference table with the appropriate 1 to 1 and 1 to many relationships so that those of us keeping score at home can keep up. Otherwise my scoresheet is entitled !@#$tards, and just has a bunch of names on it.
Chef Jim Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 I think we're all missing the important question in all this: what's his handicap? No I think what we're all missing here is do we really want someone with their finger on "the button" playing golf. I know after I played I was never in a good mood and wanted to kill something after every round. And damn if that something was Iran hell I wouldn't have quit the sport.

I would have figured after you finished playing you probably needed a designated driver.
