That is completely out of character and cause for grave concern. I hope this isn't the start of a new era just when international dithering has been raised to an art form.

Careful making a decision is a lot easier than actually doing something.

Y'know, I've heard more than a few talking heads saying two weeks ago that Quaddafi is a pussssy, and if you just threaten to do anything, he'll fold like a cheap lawn chair. But I'm pretty sure they haven't slaughtered any protesters in the past two weeks, so no harm, no foul I guess.
