SuperBills12 Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 Is he healthy enough to come back and spell McGahee this week? I do miss his running a little bit, and before you all start going off on how bad a RB TH is and how he cant block, keep in mind it will make us even more unpredictable if we use them both on offense

Bill from NYC Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 I was under the impression that he was out indefinitely. IF he is healthy and sits, do you think he figures into our plans next year?
richNjoisy Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 Hey Bill, TD has not made any dumb trades yet. Travis only counts $1 mil against the cap next year. If healthy, that is a very reasonable price for a quality backup at a critical position. Everyone, including him by now, knows he is the backup. Besides, there is no such thing as a running back controversy. If someone offers a decent, fair trade - TD will act. Otherwise, I expect Travis to be Willis' backup Of course, Shaud Williams looked awfully good last Sunday....
PIZ Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 Yeah, we need him for the fake stumble over your feet swing pass.
