The problem with the logo on the jersey is that its asymmetrical. Have you ever seen the cheapo walmart bills jerseys? they have the logo as a chest patch just under the collar and it looks horrible. I wouldn't want it on the sleeves or shoulders either because its already on the sides of the helmet, and having it again a few inches lower makes the profile too redundant IMO. If they want to brand the jersey somehow, I think the best way to do it would be to have a small patch under the collar that says Bills in the block letter font the team uses.

Everything beyond the first design are horrible. The last two even look like the Patriots.

Nice designs... and if you scroll through some of your other pics, there's some nice logo redesigns as well.

Like most, I like #1 best. But, like most fans, I prefer the more simplistic and basic designs of the past. Hopefully, that's the direction they take. However, ALL of those designs are better than what they currently wear. For me at least... I just hope they get the colors right! Enough of this dark, dark navy blue.

I think the Steelers and Eagles did a pretty good job with their look....

I do like the Steelers unis, but I don't think that a similar chest patch would work for the Bills logo because as I said, it's too asymmetrical. Regarding the Eagles, the sleeve logos work because the eagle head is a different logo than the helmet wings. The Panthers uniform in your first link with the helmet logo and sleeve logo the same looks silly to me. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

"License fees" for jerseys are shared revenue.

But I believe the raw profit from jerseys sold at the Bills store (minus license fee) goes into Ralphs pocket.

At least that is my understanding.

True, Ralph keeps what is sold at the Bills shop and at buffalobills.com. Sales outside of there (even at Buffalo malls) however are shared.

But is a once-in-9-years uniform design too much? Especially when everyone hated the old ones? And it's not like anyone is forcing anyone to buy them.

I no it's not the best of work but i'm just showing everyone this to give you an idea, what does everyone think of Buffalo moving forward with this even though it is the sabre's logo but maybe we can twist it up a hair, opinions?

It went over real well for the Sabres, so I say go for it.
