NorCal Aaron Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 I have a site in the works and need a reliable cheap host. The site is mostly informational, but I hope to process CC transactions in the future. It does need to support document (mostly pdf) and some video downloads. I registered my domains at godaddy and was looking at their medium plan: https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/hosting/land...?isc=Gppg101204 A web designer friend recommended this host: http://www.ultrasurge.com/services/cpaneldetails.html I would appreciate any input from those with experience or expertise. Thank you.
colfax Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 1PlanHost I'm really happy with that company....I have sites on GoDaddy too, like 1Plan's site statistic reporting much much better

Fezmid Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 A coworker of mine uses http://www.vizaweb.com. They've got plans starting at 2.99 I think. He's been happy with them. CW
billsflippinrule Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 Check out www.bigbytes.net. Really cheap and dependable.
MikeG Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 lunarpages.com is SUPER cheap and SUPER great!!! I have my personal website with them and the company I work for just changed to them in July and we saved about $400 a year and are now getting WAY more "extras". the cheapest plan is $7.95 a month and you won't believe all the stuff you get for that LOW price. check it out. there are a few others that are good too... compare, don't just look at one or two... get at least 5 (if not more) options and compare.
