These people are given jewelry and clothes all the time and maybe she just did not know that she was supposed to give it back. I cannot blame her, she did give it back. Now that necklace is now one of the best selling items at that store. In the end it looks like the store got the better end of the deal and might just be using this as a PR move. I just hope all of this story comes out because I am tired of people wanting to throw her in jail to learn a lesson just because she's Lindsay Lohan.
