Trust me, if you're going to be handling extremely hot chilis you want to wear gloves. Here's an experiment. Chop up a bunch of habaneros barehanded and to take a leak. You'll never do it again without cloves.

What do you do with the cloves.....? :unsure: :unsure:

 

To the topic -- I sometimes buy the sauce from Duff's. If you ask, they'll sell it to you in a preserve jar. Be careful transporting it back home though -- if it spills, it won't be pretty. :D

 

I've had Dave's Insanity Sauce before. It's decent.

 

I always use Frank's though - pasta, chili, etc. Yum.

That stuff truly is insane! I can't use more than a drop or two of Dave's Insanity sauce for food, but I do dilute it and spray it on the bushes to keep the deer out of my yard - works like a charm B-)

Sriracha helped me win a chili cookoff yesterday. That and ancho, pasilla, guajillo, mulato, new mexico, moritto, costeno, jalapeno, and chipotle peppers

i had that today with lousiana chicken. i love that sauce.

yall are beginners.......we got a store called "Pepper Palace" oh yeah

 

I don't have taste buds......that's how hot I like it.
