'Cuz I don't think size (or strength, or speed) are unimportant - not at all. But some folks don't read carefully, and think saying "it's not all that's important" == "it's unimportant" (which of course not equivalent) I agree with you completely, high in the 1st and 2nd round we must not settle!!! Go for "the whole package". My concern is historically, the Bills "not settling" seems to overlook players who bring the "whole package" to other teams.
