He deserved the aggravation of trying to collect an unpaid loan. He should have left the loaning business to those who know how to run a disciplined business. The loanshark boys know how to collect without resorting to the nuisance of litigation. If you don't pay on time someone will hit a homerun off your kneecap with a metal bat.
