Added the information minister, Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf, "We cannot ascertain for certain if Generalissimo Franco is in fact still dead." According to political advisor Brett al-Favre, Mubarak is "definitely done" this time, although speculation is he might rule Syria or Yemen next season...
