Kevin Roman, 36, of Bay Shore, L.I., was discovered slumped over the wheel of a sedan at about 12:30 a.m., police said. I have zero interest in killing myself but though riding a surfboard over Niagara Falls might be an interesting way to go. Though to your point it's not 100% assured that the job would be "done."
