K-9
Say what you will about his lack of speed at this point in his recovery, but he is tops in the AFC in the number of runs (8) over 20 yards. Hmm. I suspect he also leads the conference in runs for losses as well, but hey, why p**s in the parade. This kid will be something special. GO BILLS!!! Guest Guest
he is very fast. he runs flat footed, it makes him look real slow. the man has 4.3 speed
OnTheRocks
why is his ypc so low? 3.8 ??
Guest Guest_eyedog_*
why is his ypc so low? 3.8 ?? 158501 Look in front of him. He should be given a medal for what he's done.
SACTOBILLSFAN
Also his ypc is low because he has lost yardage on more runs than any player in the AFC, wait until experience kicks in...he'll dominate.
BuckeyeBill
why is his ypc so low? 3.8 ?? 158501 Leading the league (probably) in carries for loss yields a low YPC. Consider, Willis McGahee numbers (probably) 9 straight carries by Willis 2 yards -1 yard 9 yards 1st down 6 yards 5 yards 1st down 8 yards -2 yards 4 yards 1 yard Touchdown Very successful drive right? Good job Willis!! Thanks for the points. But his YPC is only 3.5 for that drive.
MadBuffaloDisease
Yes I was going to say his YPC are low and his runs for losses are so high because of his blocking.
BRH
I think Barry Sanders was an annual leader in carries for losses as well. The important thing is that Willis is such a load that he eventually wears down opposing defenses. Those big runs that he ripped off at the end of both Miami games were crucial. stuckincincy
WMG seems to be very much like his pre-draft analyses were. Strong blocker, dances and picks holes if needed otherwise smart enough to follow the line, good hands, fairly hard to bring down, capable of a 15 yard gain or a 4-yard loss, hangs on to the ball.
