The owner did not pay the money and was forced to sign over the apartment complex to the homeless man. What the h-e-double hockey sticks is a homeless man going to do with the apartments? Was on the news, they started out saying "Well, if you think Ted Williams was lucky, meet this man. Charles McKinnon won an apartment complex as part of a lawsuit." What is funny, the guy probably owes the lawyer 50% of the winnings, and after his medical bills are paid might have $80k.
