Green Lightning Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Ok lets trade Maybin and Kelsey to Cleveland for their NT and first round pick ? You couldn't trade Maybin and Kelsay for bag of Ben Gay.
AxelRipper Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Wait... so the browns are going to have the Rams' offence from the past few years with the Bills' defense from the past few years? sounds like they've got a good plan eh?
Buftex Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 You are aware that this is as a coordinator, not head coach? He has done well as DC before. Yes, I know, why I said I wouldn't put him in charge of any unit (meaning defensive team)...
Spiderweb Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Could be expensive for the Browns, having to install all those TV's in the weight room. Maybe he will want to take Maybin with him. One can hope.....
C-zone Umpa Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 I wouldn't put Jauron in charge of a lemonade stand. I wouldn't let him clean my toilet. I dont care how nice he is............he set this team back 5 yrs. I loathe him. Orakpo.....thats all I have to say. Break Dont Bend #$$hole!! God I cannot stand him.
crazyDingo Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Co-ordinators are tacticians and head coaches are leaders. Commence marveling at my insight.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/01/14/dick-jauron-may-wind-up-in-cleveland/ This could shake up their roster on defense considering the 3-4 they've been running. Send over Rogers and Hillis too please
Bill from NYC Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 That would be hilarious. Jauron's tampon-2 would get steamrolled by the stillers and Ravens.
Stealth Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Yeah -- they should move to a George Edwards' 3-4 to shut down the run.
garchat80 Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 Philly promoting Jauron as new D Coordinator...
Arkady Renko Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/41094041/ns/sports-player_news/
coldstorage5 Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Who cares let him go..... BTW 7-9 was better than 4-12
superbills315 Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 he is a good D Coordinator. just a bad head coach
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Technically it hasn't happened…yet.
BADOLBILZ Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 he is a good D Coordinator. just a bad head coach I think average would be a better description of his defensive coordinating resume. He didn't get hired in Chicago because of his defensive coordinating. Considering that Philly has had a mostly top notch defense for the past decade I have a feeling they aren't going to love Jauron.
The Helmet of Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 I think even "average" is a generous description. Piss poor might best describe the quality of tricky Dick as a D-coordinator. He's no Wade Phillips, for instance, whose defenses have a proven track record of success. Philly's D will go to the bottom quarter of the league in its Run-D with Jauron as coordinator. I think average would be a better description of his defensive coordinating resume. He didn't get hired in Chicago because of his defensive coordinating. Considering that Philly has had a mostly top notch defense for the past decade I have a feeling they aren't going to love Jauron.
