Gabrielle Giffordsis reported to have been shot, possibly in the head, at a public event she was holding this morning (Jan. 8) at the Safeway supermarket at the corner of Ina and Oracle roads in northwest Tucson. Giffords was taken to University Medical Center where her condition is not known at this time. Link Maybe should have posted this in PPP, but this is sorta big. She stated "Don't retreat, reload". This morning, one of these congresswomen, Gabrielle Giffords (Az) was assassinated via gunshot wound to the head. Obviously posted before her status was updated. Sticking to the reports, just heard from Fox News that a federal judge and a 9 year old girl are among the victims dead. Absolutely horrifying.
