He coached the Bills to the only winning season they have had in 10 years. He's the offensive coordinator for the number one seeded team in the NFC. Yeah, in over his head.

He's a really good offensive coach who got destroyed by the monster known as JP Losman. We'll see how the Falcons' offense does against a good GB defense.
