CNY first baby of 2011, Lia McKee, enters world at 12:12 a.m. The first baby in Central New York for 2011 is a truly international story. Mom Liliana Rodriguez-Maynez and dad Chris McKee, both Canadian citizens, welcomed their first child, daughter Lia McKee, at 12:12 a.m. at St. Joseph Hospital Health Center.
