Typical TBD Guy Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 Anyone have a complete list of Bills GM's? All I have so far are: Dick Gallagher: 1960 - ???? INSERT INFO HERE... Terry Bledsoe: ???? - 1985 Bill Polian: 1986 - 1992 John Butler: 1993 - 2000 Tom Donahoe: 2001 - now Just curious, as I'm trying to fill in some holes for this Bills booklet I'm making for my dad (it's a Christmas present, and he's as big a Bills fan as it gets). Thanks for any help you can provide, guys! Oh, and I've tried searching all over the internet, so spare me your semi-witty njsue/google comments
Yoho Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 I can't tell you dates, but the names Harvey Johnson and Stew Barber will give your Dad chills.

FYI, I'm trying to compile a booklet that's more "personal," i.e. including pics and memorabilia from specific games our family went to, so a generic media guide or that Randy Schultz book won't suffice...

They're handy things to have around when you're looking for info like that.... Good luck with the project. Sounds like a great idea!
Typical TBD Guy Posted December 12, 2004 Author Posted December 12, 2004 Except for the OJ years and Chuck Knox. Brief moments of Camelot in the darkness 156388 Yeah, a combined 5 winning seasons over a 21-year period (1967-87) I never started getting into the Bills until 1987 (I was only 6 years old then), so I definitely lucked out. I have a lot of respect for all you old-timers...

There were so many years without hope.... Believe me, even Bledsoe looks good.

Mark VI Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 Stew Barber = Zero Personality . What a bag of bolts.

Campy Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 (I think) Lou Saban took over in '61 and was the GM then. I'm not sure if he kept his GM role when he started coaching in '62 though... ROCKPILE, WHERE ARE YOU?

Alaska Darin Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 1967-1986 was a 20-year period he'd like to forget! 156387 In all likelihood, so would my parents.
