Anyone have a complete list of Bills GM's? All I have so far are:

Dick Gallagher: 1960 - ????

INSERT INFO HERE...

Terry Bledsoe: ???? - 1985

Bill Polian: 1986 - 1992

John Butler: 1993 - 2000

Tom Donahoe: 2001 - now

Just curious, as I'm trying to fill in some holes for this Bills booklet I'm making for my dad (it's a Christmas present, and he's as big a Bills fan as it gets).

Thanks for any help you can provide, guys!

Oh, and I've tried searching all over the internet, so spare me your semi-witty njsue/google comments :D

1967-1986 was a 20-year period he'd like to forget!

Thanks a lot for that info, Lori! You are definitely one of the best posters around here.

FYI, I'm trying to compile a booklet that's more "personal," i.e. including pics and memorabilia from specific games our family went to, so a generic media guide or that Randy Schultz book won't suffice...

Just sayin', the media guide is where that list came from. They're handy things to have around when you're looking for info like that....

Good luck with the project. Sounds like a great idea!

Yeah, a combined 5 winning seasons over a 21-year period (1967-87) :D

I never started getting into the Bills until 1987 (I was only 6 years old then), so I definitely lucked out. I have a lot of respect for all you old-timers...

It is why we don't get quite as excited about 3 down years when you see the talent improving. There were so many years without hope.... Believe me, even Bledsoe looks good.

If you want to get your dad a great Christmas present,,,,Buy either volumes of "Relentless".. Both volumes are excellent and a 'must' for Bills' fans,,young and old..

Amen to that. Sal put a lot of work into those books, and it shows.

(I think) Lou Saban took over in '61 and was the GM then. I'm not sure if he kept his GM role when he started coaching in '62 though... :D

ROCKPILE, WHERE ARE YOU?
