One of the interesting things from yesterday is the commitment to the run, both in FJ's impressive play to close the game out, but also in play calling on 1st down throughout.

The Bills ran plays on 26 1st downs, per NFL.com play by play. 22 of these were runs by RBs, and 1 of these was an end around by WR Jones. 3 were runs by Fitz, and I don't know if they were designed runs or passes, or a hybrid 'if nothing's there, take off' situation. Only 1 pass was thrown on 1st down.

IIRC, Fitz ran 4 times. 2 were definitely "go back to pass, nothing available, might as well run". 1 was a designed draw. The other was a rollout, where he very quickly decided to run. I don't recall which run was on what down.
