EVERY SINCE I BEEN A BILLS FANS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE THIS: EVERYTIME WE SCORE A TOUCHDOWN ON OFFENSE I DO 50 PUSH UPS AND 30 CALF LIFTS 20 CRUNCHES, WHEN WE SCORE 3 I DO 30 PUSH UPS 30 CALF LIFTS 10 CRUNCHES. IF THE DEFENSE GETS A INT OR A FUMBLE RECOVERY I DO 50 PUSH UPS IF THE D CAUSES A 3 AND OUT THEN I DO 40 PUSH UP: BIG HITS, SACKS ARE 30 PUSH UPS EACH. I DO THIS AT HOME WHILE WATCHING THE SUNDAY TICKET.....BY THE TIME THE GAME IS OVER YOU WILL HAVE HAD A GOOD WORKOUT. YOU DONT HAVE HAVE TO DO THE AMOUNT I DO BUT AT LEAST DO SOMETHING...IT ALSO MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IAM PART OF THE GAME LOL

sullim4 Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 You've got it wrong. Punish yourself with pushups, squat thrusts, etc when the Bills fumble, throw a pick, give up a TD, etc. You'll be fit in no time.
