Dan Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 then decided it was best to drop God from his fantasy team because it's apparent he's too old to play football anymore. Funny, but man... I really don't get all the hoopla over this tweet. I thought no one followed or cared about the Bills? How is it the whole country has seen Stevie's tweet?

They may not care about the Bills but Stevie is famous. Whatever you can use to attract a crowd.
Dan Posted December 1, 2010 Author Posted December 1, 2010 They may not care about the Bills but Stevie is famous. Whatever you can use to attract a crowd. He's no doubt gotten some attention for himself and the team. Let's just hope he has a good game against the Vikings.. imagine the press if we roll Favre's Vikings with Stevie catching a couple of TDs.

Let's just hope he has a good game against the Vikings.. imagine the press if we roll Favre's Vikings with Stevie catching a couple of TDs. Saw that as well, funny stuff. He got a lot of publicity for his big game vs. Cincy, and even more for his drop on Sunday, and it seems he's gained even more fans for his postgame press conference. A lot of my friends love Stevie Johnson, and none of them are Bills fans...its crazy how he's becoming a household name around the country. Anything to bring attention to the Bills is a good thing, IMO.

Buftex Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 Why does it bother me so much, to hear a bunch of grown men talking about "Stevie"...make it stop...it only works in hockey! Conan O'Brian mentioned it too: "A wide receiver from the Buffalo Bills went on his twitter account, and blamed a dropped touchdown pass on God...luckily for him, he blamed the Old Testament God, who is still only on MySpace."
