Boy, I am in a bunch of Mularkey with Bills fans. I listed the Dolphins-Bills game last week as one of the matchups that had no meaningful playoff implications. I was even scolded by a lieutenant writing in from Baghdad, and you know I don't want to cause any grief with our guys over there.

Now the Bills, after winning three games in a row, are one game out of the final playoff spot in the AFC and are as dangerous as any team not named the Patriots, Eagles or Steelers.

QB Drew Bledsoe was left for dead by most people, and apparently he was very close to being replaced by Buffalo first-round draft pick J.P. Losman. Bledsoe looks as steady as ever, and Willis McGahee is making GM Tom Donahoe look like a genius for using a first-round pick two years ago on a guy who almost broke his leg in half only four months earlier.

The Bills have three winnable games against the Browns, Bengals and 49ers. In Week 17 they will play host to the Steelers in what could be a meaningless game for the Steelers and essentially a playoff game for the Bills. Boy, it's fun hopping on bandwagons after you admit you made a mistake!
