Tons of money, passionate about hockey, ties to the local area. Now we just need to find a new owner for the football team...

RocBillsfan Posted November 30, 2010 Author Posted November 30, 2010 (edited) Update on potential Sabres' sale: Campbell of The Hockey News (THN.com) reports "billionaire Terry Pegula has signed a letter of intent to buy the Buffalo Sabres from Tom Golisano for about $150 million". On Monday, we here at NHL Rumor Central revealed the Sabres may be for sale and Pegula was a potential buyer. The President and CEO of East Resources recently gave an $88 million dollar gift to Penn State University to fund scholarships for Division 1 hockey and construct a rink.
