drinkTHEkoolaid Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 no this is the first i have heard that
stevestojan Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 Clear dig at TO and Chad Johnson (no, I won't call him that other ridiculous name). Batman and Robin. Stevie's the Joker... Love it. Some fun on this team. We're going to get the ever living **** beat out of us Sunday, but these last 2 weeks were a blast
Big Turk Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 (edited) Don't look now, but Johnson has just cracked the top 10 in receiving yards... He is in pretty nice company there along with Roddy White, Terrell Owens, Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson, Hakeem Nicks(stud rookie WR for Giants), Santana Moss, Miles Austin and Calvin Johnson... he also is the leading receiver in his draft class this year in both yards(728), receptions(52), and TDs(9) with the next closest being DeSean Jackson in yards with 652, Davone Bess in receptions(49) and DeSean Jackson in TDs(5). He also has the most catches for 1st downs with 37, with the next closest being Davone Bess with 22... All in all, it appears we got the best receiver in that draft class, in the 7th round no less... Actually Nicks is not a rookie. He was drafted in 2009, so that makes him the leader in yards (800), receptions (62) and tied in TD's (9), for his draft class.
jr1 Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 The kid deserves a big contract extension. He's made it cool to be a Bills fan again
bladiebla Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 The kid deserves a big contract extension. He's made it cool to be a Bills fan again Depends on how he does with another QB. If we stay with Fitzy then extend Johnson, else let's see if he does as well with another QB. Chemistry between Ftizy and Johnson is key here.

Actually Stevie wasn't drafted in '09, which DOES make him the leader in the aforementioned categories. lol c'mon guys use wikipedia. Also, yes - Stevie is awesome. However, let's see him finish strong and continue this into next year before putting him on par with DeSean Jackson, who is one of the top 3 most electric players in the game.
birdog1960 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 has he actually been fined for his "indiscretion"? can't find any actual proof. maybe too early? hope not.

We can't stop the run and they're a great running team. Then there's their defense...
