boyst
.............that my idea of forced sterilization at birth until you can pass a drug, mental and financial test is a good idea. That or the US Gov gives anyone under the age of 25 to get sterilized for free college education, but only if they complete a degree. Anyone under 35 can get sterilized for 20k to a new house and 5k in cash and 45 and under can get 10k cash. Of course, if you have no kids you cant sign up. DC Tom
How do you expect a child to pass the mental and financial tests at birth? Have the Federal Reserve make up the tests. An infant should have a good chance.

Nanker
It's a shame that the great aunt didn't tie a plastic bag tightly around the neck of that worthless piece of breathing human excrement when she was passed out.
ieatcrayonz
Yeah, i'm sure that was the only drug she was on. Maybe it was the first one she tried. They should give out big signs with everyone's first joint that say Welcome to Loserville. Edited November 14, 2010 by ieatcrayonz
