BillsFanM.D. Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 I've been concerned regarding the possibility of Clement's leaving and it came to mind that we have one of the most ingenious playcallers in all of football already on staff. Sam Wyche knows the offense and has the skills to call the plays. That's about as seemless a transition as we could hope for should Clements leave
R. Rich Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 You could be right about that. Clements may have even used Wyche as a sounding board for ideas, since he has so much experience coaching in the NFL. Between Wyche and Mularkey, we should have enough experience should Clements be chosen as Notre Dame's new head coach.
Dan Gross Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 Does Wyche have the "additional" voice necessary to move from assistant to Coordinator....?
