Over 29 years of fanhood Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 What if we offer them more money than anyone else? I mean we do have the cap room to pull it off Then you might land the type of free agent that is in it for the money and not in it to win it. The later tends to yield better results I've always thought...
robertpaul49 Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 I'm waiting for Peyton Manning to become a free-agent. I think he would help more than either of these two players. What you say? Their teams are likely to sign them to long-term contracts before they get to free-agency? Or the Redskins or Raiders are going to outbid every other team to get them, what?

....lybob Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Both of these guys would be franchised before being allowed to leave. If anyone thinks otherwise you're high on glue. +1, and in the few cases where they are not Haynesworth,Peppers they are a)out of Ralph's price range b) looking to play for a team that has a shot at the Super Bowl The Bills have a better shot at raiding a few practice squads

If anyone thinks otherwise you're high on glue. http://sports.yahoo....intuesday072010 You should check out the article above...Woodley really lays into the Steelers, and it seems as if they applied their franchise tag things could get ugly. Not to mention, the article also discusses the possibility that there may not even be a franchise tag if a new CBA is reached. Edited November 10, 2010 by DaBills51
