This was a Bills home game, you say?

Tell that to the thousands of roaring, orange-and-blue-clad Bears fans in the cavernous baseball dome.

''It seemed like it was close to 50-50 out there,'' said depressed Bills coach Chan Gailey.

More shame for Ralph.

Touchdown drives flourish or wilt depending on third downs. Don't convert them and you generally must punt or try a field goal on fourth down.

Whew, what a great football mind.

How are the Bears 5-3? They looked like garbage yesterday.

The Bears are 5-3 because they can make a play now and then when they need to. They know how to win football games in the NFL which is something this Bills team just cannot seem to grasp. The past few weeks has been encouraging for some. For me, it has been just three more examples of a team that finds new ways to lose games every single week. They simply do not know how to win. The difference between these two teams was evident. Chicago expected to win and Buffalo was hoping nothing would go wrong. Well guess what? It did. AGAIN!
