We have to run the table, if the Bills beat Cincy the Bengals will have 7 losses. Buy a calculator
Alaska Darin
Um, News flash people. A New England loss here HURTS your playoff chances. 153814 Not really. Either way, we still have to beat the Bengals and win the other 3. If we do that, it won't matter if the Bengals beat the Pats. Plus, that result may mean the Steelers pull their starters early in the final week because the game will be meaningless.

stuckincincy
Nope. 153914 Why not? Bills and B'gals are tied at 6 -6. Both have p-poor div and conference records, and hang on by their toenails. A loss by NE likely won't take the division crown away from them. What am I missing? Guest Guest_Doza_*
Why? Because if Cincy loses they are out of it and has nothing to play for come that game. Else you are gonna be looking at this great Cincy team you have been praising all thread in a must win game AT HOME. Not to mention ANY loss by a wild card rival HELPS your team. What if it comes down to two 9-7 teams making the playoffs (its certainly possible the way the other wild card teams are playing)? Cincy usually folds up like lawn chairs on oct 1st once they are all but eliminated. That's your only hope because that game in Cincy will be hell for you if they win on Sunday. But, if Cincy beats NE, it will give Pitt a 2 game advantage (via tie-breaker) and hopefully render the last game of the season for them moot. Not the way they have been playing lately. They should have lost that last game if it wasn't for a moronic Jag coaching staff.

Thurman's Helmet
Looking ahead to the Steeler game ASSUMING you've won out is foolish. Focus on THIS WEEK'S GAMES and root against every wild card contender that you're competing. Whether we get the 1 seed or the 2 seed, we'll still have a week off and we're still going to the Super Bowl. (We can beat the Steelers in Pitt, they cant beat us in Foxboro)
TigerJ
I'd be thrilled if they did. That could make the final game against Pittsburgh a little easier. It would warn the Bills to take them seriously, plus it could turn the game a week from Sunday with the Bills into a classic letdown game. All good. Bottom line is we need to win out to have a chance at the postseason. So Cincinnati is irrelevant when it comes to this week because if the Bills beat the Bengals, Cincy will have 7 losses. As if they have this superior strategy for being a fan; all because the team they root for happens to have the best coach in the league.
Typical TBD Guy
We can beat the Steelers in Pitt 154145 You can? Then what's your excuse for Week 8's results? Try again, troll...
KurtGodel77
I love the game between Cincy and NE, because the outcome will help us no matter what: - If NE loses, Pitt won't have a reason to play in the final game - If Cincy loses, they won't have a strong reason to play hard against us next week
njsue
Ty Law comes back this week Cincy is playing pretty good. They might make it a challenge for the Pats. But, Corey Dillon must be licking his chops to just run over the team that gave him grief. It wont be easy for both teams. But, NE will win. EDGE COREY DILLON.
