I am officially -- although I already had a good start -- buying everything on the internet from now on -- tax free in most cases! 2. This city/county needs to start over, declare bankrupcy or whatever. Enough is enough. 3. Sorry to say this, but screw the libraries and any other services of the such. We can't let these idiots constantly say these like were going to shut this down and shut that down unless we can raise taxes. Before you know it, we'll be paying 15%. I bet you the libraries would have been saved ... there are enough private investors that would save a bunch of them. These politicians need to be held accountable, they need to think of other ways of making money other that raising taxes. Make casinos state & county run with all profits going back into that county's funds. Do something other than raising taxes. But who knows, this might be the tax increase that turns our economy around! Or the tax increase that leads to more business leaving WNY rather than staying in WNY or god forbit moving into WNY. Instead, screw everyone else a little harder. That's a recipe for long term success. More of the same and WNY deserves it for continuing to vote the incumbents every election. [but, to be honest, if Buffalo/Niagara was a well-run region, I'd probably find my way right back. The place being an economic blackhole and a dead end for progress just kills me.
