26CornerBlitz Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 (edited) Jay Cutler gives the Bills the 1st win of 2010. He's the NFL gift that keeps on giving!!! Edited November 2, 2010 by 26CornerBlitz
H2o Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Forte and Taylor go for 250+ total yards and we lose in OT is probably more likely.
silvermike Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Win #1 would be great, I'd settle for INT #2.
Rubes Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 If we can somehow keep the Bears from rushing for more than 250 yards, then maybe. The terrible thing about that statement is that it's not an exaggeration.
dayman Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Cowherd has a rant about how Cutler tilts the league...he's a curb bust w/ all his turn overs and sacks... If we don't get a few sacks or a turn-over here and there this week then just stop playing D and use games as a practice for offense let the other O just run in the endzone every play for the rest of this year until we get new people...
BillsPhan Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Jay Cutler gives the Bills the 1st win of 2010. He's the NFL gift that keeps on giving!!! No way. They are desperate for a win, and after watching extensive film of the bills "defense", they may just settle for grinding out over 300 yards rushing, keep the ball for around 42 minutes and win 10-3. Cutler may throw 5 passes the enire game, and the Bills' "defenders" cannot catch the ball this season even if it thrown right into their open arms.
Sabre Bill Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 If we can somehow keep the Bears from rushing for more than 250 yards, then maybe. The terrible thing about that statement is that it's not an exaggeration. M. Martz will keep them from running that much!! That's Bear fan wishful thinking. Chicago sports media are all over this game with FEAR! They're afraid Cutler will blow up - again. They're afraid Martz won't know enough to run the ball - again. They think the Bear Oline is worse than ours. They would rather play the 'Boys this week!! The Bills win this game and Lovie could be looking for a new OC, and then a job!! Win #1 this week and the roll begins!!
Bangarang Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 The Bills' secondary will drop 3 sure thing interceptions. The Bears will put up 260 yards rushing. Kelsay will have a big game recording 2 tackles.
Van_phelaN1 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 The Bills' secondary will drop 3 sure thing interceptions. The Bears will put up 260 yards rushing. Kelsay will have a big game recording 2 tackles. You forgot that Donte Whitner will have another huge game leading the team in tackles....20 yards down the field... In all seriousness though I think we have just as good a shot this week to win as we have the last two and it took OT to put us down twice. So One way or the other I am predicting a close yet UGLY football game
Big Turk Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 maybe the secondary can get some picks from "Mr. Interception" Jay Cutler and the D-Line can get some sacks...this is after all the team that gave up 9 sacks in the first half to the NY Giants earlier in the year...Martz loves the deep drops and throws, which lead to lots of hits on the QB if you can't block it up right...

Problem #1, our D-line isn't even on the same continent as the Giant D-line. If you can get pressure on Cutler, he will blow it agreed, but we don't have the ability to create the pressure. If you give him some time he isn't that bad. That being said, this is one of the few winnable games left so let’s hope they somehow pull one out of the hat!
billsfan72 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 M. Martz will keep them from running that much!! BINGO!
BillsfaninFl Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Each week someone predicts this will be win number one. Of course, there is no penalty for being wrong, so why not? And if lightning strikes and they pull one out, you have bragging rights. I hope you are right. I'm getting tired of being grumpy on Monday morning.
apuszczalowski Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 (edited) aren't the Bears the first team the Bills face this year without a winning record? (EDIT - my mistake, they are 4-3, although should be 3-4 with the refs digging DEEP into the rule book to keep Detroit from winning game 1) The Bears aren't a good team, and the Bills have looked alot better since their bye week but of course, the Bills are the worst team to ever play in the NFL and can't do anything right so they have to lose this game and will get ripped apart Edited November 3, 2010 by apuszczalowski
truth on hold Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 No the Bears arent horrible. Their defense is loaed with studs like Urlacher, Briggs and Peppers. Theyve had some issues on offense, but thats to be expected instituting a new and aggressive Martz system. With the bye week expect them to show improvement. And deliver Bills their 8th straight loss.
machinegun12 Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I GUARANTEE the Bills will win or lose this game. This game will NOT end in a TIE!!! How's that for going out on a limb?
Talley56 Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 (edited) Our ferocious pass-rush vs the Bears' stellar o-line. What a battle that will be. Anyway, I think we'll get our first win of the season (and our first win ever in Toronto) this weekend. I have faith. Edited November 3, 2010 by Talley56
muffmonster Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 The Bills' secondary will drop 3 sure thing interceptions. The Bears will put up 260 yards rushing. Kelsay will have a big game recording 2 tackles. Correction Kelsay will lay down 2 key blocks on his own teammates allowing for Forte to rush for two 30 yard TDs.
