T master Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 I wonder how much the Bills look at the CFL for prospects ?? I know there is at least one really good coach in Marc Trestman up there plus our QB coach that we brought down . But with the Dolphins bringing Cameron Wake down & him doing so well you would think along with the Toronto series & the Bills being right on the border what would bring more Canadian fans to Bills games than having some of there own on our team ?? If they want to make our beloved Bills more of the regions team why not check out the CFL more. There's got to be some good talent up there , at least check out the championship teams rosters & coaching staffs. I know the game is a bit different but being so close i think it might pay dividends for the Bills to pay a bit more attention to our northern friends !! It's almost like having another college type system to draw from .
Bronc24 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 When Wake signed with the Dolphins, I said, "DAMN!" He was a man playing with boys here, which usually translates into a decent NFL player.....the Canadian game, though vastly inferior, does have a few gems who should get a look....
Peter Griffin Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 The word on the street at the time was that the Bills were interested in Wake.....he simply chose Miami over the Bills
