What if we pick him up and lose him through FA? We could get a mighty nice compensatory pick.

Only downside is if he actually helps us and blows our high draft pick.

No, his contract expires at end of this year. Could franchise him though,if the franchise player still exists in the new CBA

Wrong Bills first in line per Schefter

Claim Moss and trade him wherever he wants to go...

Trade deadline gone

What makes this waiver different than Gibson? I thought we were further down the list for Gibson but first for Moss?

no

i dont care about bringing him to Buffalo. i dont think its going to happen, he wouldnt want to play here anyways.

that being said...

LOL at the vikings, what a mess they are right now. makes the Bills look like a well run organization.

Bills have first crack at him on waivers.....PASS !!

OK,... someone has to say it

Moss opposite Lee Evans would light up the league. With Roscoe Parrish in the slot they'd be unstoppable. Add in David Nelson and there would 2 tall guys to throw to on 3rd down.

Stevie Johnson to the inactive list... sorry.

Couldn't keep a straight face typing that....

I hope one of these two things happen:

A) Moss is claimed by the Bills- mainly as punishment, not because the Bills brass or I want him... just to make his life miserable. Sign him and let him play Pine End opposite Maybin. Seeing him sit it out in the freezing Buffalo cold for the rest of the year and miss the playoffs with a wineless team would be justice.

B) Moss is claimed by the Bungels. Imagine having all three whack-job WR's on the same team? Catfight...

What a waste of a pick. Somewhere, Bill Belichick is laughing.

He used his Jedi mind tricks on the Vikings. By the way, anyone want to fess up to bitching about the Bills not trading for for Moss a few weeks ago?

On NFLN they're saying that if he clears waivers, the Pats will re-sign him. Can you imagine if that happens? Good lord. Total Belichik thing to do, lol. Fortunately I don't think he'll clear waivers.

Can this even happen?? How do we know Moss didn't dog it on purpose so he could go back to NE??

I would be surprised if the commish isn't already all over this one.

To the other point...the Jets would never allow this to happen if Moss fell to their waiver position.

So NE traded Moss to the Vikes, then traded for Branch. Then Randy decided to dog it in hopes of getting cut, clearing waivers, and then re-signing with NE?

Crazy, but Randy and Belichick might just have the league by the nuts the here. NO team wants a surly, disinterested Randy Moss. James Hardy is a better use of a roster space. So no team is going to put in a claim without contacting him first.

Bottom-feeders know better because Moss wants nothing to do with that.

Middle-of-the-road teams know better because unless he explicitly signs on, they don't want to be the even bigger joke who cuts him AGAIN in 3 weeks.

Contenders know better unless he explicitly signs on because why mess with what they have?

What can anyone do? If it gets to the Jets, is Ryan really going to mess with his already delicate season by signing the biggest malcontent as a defensive move? He'll lose the team for sure.

Well played... :censored::lol:
