Big Turk Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 Here is the link: Most Affordable Cities in US Oklahoma City #1, Pittsburgh #2, Buffalo #3, Rochester #4, Nashville #5 Buffalo has seemingly been in every good Top 10 list that has been out in the past 2 or 3 months...wonder if this is the start of the turnaround for this city and our perception around the country...
PromoTheRobot Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 Humm who is #1? :-) Meh. Oklahoma is just OK. PTR
billsfan in n.h Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 yea,its affordable all right, because a lot of people moved out of town because there are no jobs so that leaves a bunch of houses for sale.on ebay you can buy a house in detroit for a $1000.00.but who wants to live there either.you can buy a house in niagra fall for next to nothing, 10 blocks from the falls.

Also, if you get a heck of a home for less than National Averages, you still have to deal with NY taxes...... Edited October 31, 2010 by Spiderweb
