The Big Cat Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Think the O-Line looked good against Baltimore? You're right, they did! Think we saw an offense unlike one we've seen in years? You're right, we did! Why did we see these things? Simple! We faced a defense (and a good one at that) that HAD TO RESPECT OUR OFFENSE. Whaaaaaaat? Yeah, it looked weird to me too. But for everyone who said the offense was hamstrung by the OLine, take note. It's not that you were completely wrong, you just had it ass backwards. The OLine was hamstrung by the offense. Not getting the running game going (my God I love always-moving-forward-Fred-Jackson) and not having a quarterback who could beat a blitz, and not having a quarterback who would take a shot down field was like serving raw meat to rapid dogs. Amazing how much easier it looks when the defense has to respect your offense like they would any professional offense. GO BILLS!
