There is one reason why you shouldn't worry about this game: Takeo Spikes. This is his return to his old stadium, and you can believe he'll be fired up and firing up his team. He won't let them sleepwalk thru this, and I think they'll play hard for him.

Cinci is a team on the rise, with a great offense. To beat them at home will take a performance from our defense and qb that I doubt we will see.

The Bills can certainly beat the B'gals. I'd guess that the betting spread will be the usual +3 awarded to the home team for more or less evenly-matched clubs. If the Bills resist the temptation to constantly blitz Palmer, they will prevail. If they do blitz-blitz-blitz, the B'gals inside running will own the clock.

anybody worried about the Bengals?

Rudy is. Then again Rudy is worried about getting hit by a comet, about our son dying, roving blackholes, tsunamis, Freddy Krueger, gamma ray bursts.......I am no Doctor but Xanax seems like a nobrainer!

You forgot plague, Never forget plague. Plague is bad stuff. Nasty. Will cost us the Super Bowl, because Bledsoe and Donahue just don't understand biological warfare.

I'm NOT going to post my Serb under the counter Belgian made Valium and Xanax conections.

Oops.

it's been pointed out previous on the wall that the bills haven't really beaten a good team and yet are professing they have a track to the playoffs. and i've been doing the stupid thing and thinking beyond the cleveland game, but...

1) i think the bengals have a chance to beat the patsies.

- i dont' think the patsies will go all out against them. they've essentially wrapped up the playoffs and maybe they're thinking homefield, but they're not going to show anything new.

- could a classic letdown game.

2) cincinnati might be tough to beat.

- the bengals have beaten some decent teams (baltimore, denver... ) come close against some good teams (pitt) and didn't get really blown out in any game.

- they beat a baltimore team that killed the bills.

- they have a real kicker. too bad he used to be a bill, but it's probably going to be a close game and they have a kicker they can trust.

The Bills have beaten the Jets, Rams, and Seahawks. Who else have we really PLAYED besides NE and Baltimore? You can only beat the teams you play, so I'll never buy that argument. The Ravens game can be completely placed on Bledsoe,as Boller had something like 80 yards passing the whole game and we were in scoring position 4times only to have DB blow it.Just bad timing, as I believe if we played Balt now, the result would be different. So back to your question, I believe Cinci will have a little less fight in them as NE will end their playoff hopes this Sunday. Cinci has a chance, but its about 10%. The Bills will not face an opponent with something to play for until the final week. They can't look past the Bengals, but if they play well a W should occur there. B)
